Most plans reset on January 1 — unused cleanings and your yearly maximum don’t carry over. Saturdays in December fill fast.

Questions people ask

What if you’re out of network with my plan?

Most PPO plans still pay part of the fee out of network. We file the claim and give you a written estimate of your share first.

Do you take DHMO or Medicaid plans?

Not at this time. DHMO plans only pay at the office they assign. If your employer offers a PPO option, it’s usually worth it for families.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes — for visits, treatment and the Brightwater Plan.

Is the Brightwater Plan insurance?

No. It’s a membership with our office: a monthly fee covers your cleanings, exams and X-rays and takes 15% off other treatment. Cancel anytime after the first three months.

How does financing work?

For treatment over $500 you can apply for 0% financing for 12 months (on approved credit, through a third-party lender). Example: a $1,150 crown is about $96 a month.
